A Morning with Me

I wake up each morning and howl until I’m either let out of my cage or the girl tells me to shut up. I’m usually let out. Then I proceed to jump up on our bed and lick the guy’s face. He pulls the covers over his head and rolls over.
I whine until the girl puts me outside. I never whine to the guy because he ignores me. That’s why I sometimes leave presents for him on the floor. His underwear with holes in them.
I sit outside for about a minute and then bark to be let in. The girl opens the door and gives me a treat. I’ve learned that the more times I go outside the more treats I get. I’ll bark to go back outside in another 10 minutes.
This is the start of my morning routine. It might vary from minute to minute but generally it's all the same.

having been through puppy house training and now a year of being a "real" mom. A baby is SO much easier than a dog!

Jill, that's hilarious! Mae Belle likes to play games with us, too. We've decided that since it's nice out, we put her on a long leash and let her have the run of the backyard most of the day. She doesn't whine out there like she does when she has to stay inside. Oh, and she sleeps in a kennel. That helps, too! :)

yep sounds like my puppy but my puppy is huge and has realized that if he scratches the window panes in the door or the wall that he gets let out faster haha. we now need to redrywall but at least my puppy is happy haha. ambo

I agree with Honey. Babies are so much easier! It's downhill now for ya!
